We design and develop rotational moulding machine and powder mixing plant for companies manufacturing plastic products (PE, PP, PA) such as tanks, pots and garden furniture, lighting parts, road barriers, playgrounds and components for the automotive industry.
Founded in 2018 by technical experts with a decades-long experience in companies leading the industry, we invest in innovation and research with the aim of providing an ever more efficient service in the field of rotational moulding and mixing.
Thanks to a solid team of five companies, led by IPE, the rotational moulding sector can rely on a fast, cutting-edge and custom-tailored service.
Our group is our engine, and our passion is the fuel that keeps us servicing customers all over the world.
What we offer
QUALITY AND RELIABILITY
Thorough risk analysis – part of our business philosophy – we guarantee the safety of our machines – and we mean it. Higher performance and automation are our key standards, achieved through constant study and continuous trials. Among others, improved insulation and significantly reduced heat loss of our ovens. The improved strength of the arms allows for higher loads, while all-new fan systems ensure a fast cooling of moulds thanks to a more efficient water nebulization.
INNOVATION
We develop increasingly automated machines both for daily operations and maintenance.
The machine operator is only required to fill the mould with powder (optionally by means of a semi-automated system), to assemble it and then to remove it. The rest of the process is entrusted to the machine. This is possible thanks to an automated handling of airflow in the arms by means of an innovative system managed by the operator panel. In addition, thanks to scheduled maintenance, our automatic lubricators release the right amount of grease, while the technical personnel only needs to monitor potential product level warnings on the display.

A wide selection of options and acessories enhance tailored solutions for our customers. Our machines are versatile and customizable in every aspect when it comes to both mechanical parts and technological components. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-performance and custom-tailored rotational moulding machines.

With a strong presence in Italy, the birthplace of IPE, the company is already active in the European market, particularly in Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Germany, and France.
IPE also caters to the needs of customers from all over the world, having recently initiated collaborations in South America and currently aiming to enter new markets, such as Arab countries, with the objective of expanding as a dynamic and globally-oriented company.
